Sheltered housing and fast food restaurants planned at site by health centre

"Graeme Feechan of development designers ADP Architecture told the Observer: “A planning application notice was submitted to Stirling Council on December 9 in relation to a proposal for a mixed-use development including sheltered housing and three commercial units including two drive-through food outlets and a third unit designed to be flexible potentially accommodating a mix of uses including food and drink, hot food takeaway, bar restaurant, retail and financial services as well as a possible crèche or gymnasium.”
